Classes

Troy-Yoga offers two weekly classes:

All-Levels Yoga on Monday evenings from 6:00-7:15PM with Martha
Students gain awareness of the present moment, increase physical flexibility, reduce stress, and connect with their breath. Modifications are offered for total beginners; experienced students get a chance to work on form and mindfulness.

Thursday class is cancelled for the time being.  Thanks to Alex for bringing her teaching to us!
